GÉMINA PROCESOS ALIMENTARIOS, S.L. as owner of GEMINA.COM website ("GÉMINA"), and in compliance with the obligations set out in Article 5 and concordant obligations of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, informs you about your personal data protection policy, with the purpose of deciding expressly, freely and voluntary if you want to provide to GÉMINA your personal information which could be requested for the provision of services or the sale of products of the website and any other purpose in the file which is properly recorded in the Spanish Data Protection Agency

METHODS AND PROCEEDINGS FOR SEEKING PERSONAL INFORMATION:

The user of GÉMINA website have to fill in the web forms with real, exact, complete and updated information, being responsible for the damages and prejudices that might be caused as a result of a wrong completion of these forms because of providing wrong, incomplete and not current information.

Moreover, the user states that the information provided to GÉMINA for the provision of our services or the purchasing of our products are your own data, or the user has the previous and express consent of the owner of the provided information at his own responsibility. GEMINA services are not directed to underage people; therefore, GEMINA will not request underage people data.

The user can subscribe to updating services or information, bulletins, social networks profiles or any other communication service that GÉMINA put at his service through its website. In this sense, and without prejudice to inscribe from these services, the user authorises to GÉMINA to send the communications related to the purposes referring to the present Privacy Policy and, in particular, the purposes referring to the “website’s users" file recorded in the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which is freely accessible through the portal of the forenamed entity.

The objectives of processing this data are, without prejudice to the objectives mentioned in the aforementioned recorded files, the following ones:

  1. Provide the USER the service required to GÉMINA and/or provision of GÉMINA PROCESOS ALIMENTARIOS services that consist of engineering services, projects, design and execution of factories and industrial processes, turnkey projects and technical advice.
  2. Send informative and commercial communications related to services offered by Gémina or similar services directly connected with the services offered in the website.

In any case, if any specific cession will be planned for particular circumstances, GÉMINA will inform prior to collect user's personal information.

According to the present Privacy Policy, GÉMINA commits to fulfil the technical and organizational measures in order to avoid the loss, alteration, unauthorised access and the rest of possible risks in accordance with the legislation, and in particular with the rules in The Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the Regulations to implement Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection informs you about your personal data protection policy.

Additionally, GÉMINA has implemented the required security measures to guarantee the data and payment transactions be performed always in a safe environment for the user.

DUTY OF SECRECY AND CONFIDENCIALITY:

GÉMINA commits to fulfil the duty of professional secrecy regarding the information provided by the USER, as well as the duty of keep that information in accordance with article 10 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection.

Additionally, GÉMINA commits to not revealing confidential information to third parties.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS OF ACCES, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION ("ARCO" RIGHTS):

The user or his representative, certifying previously this representation, can exercise at any time the right of access, rectification, cancellation and/or opposition in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection and in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the Regulations to implement Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection.

To that effect, the user or his representative have to send a written communication ( being also valid the email) identifying the user's identity sending a DNI copy or similar identifying document to the registered office or email that appears in the "LEGAL NOTICE" of GÉMINA website.
